About Us STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
The purpose of the Optimal Success Corporation is to provide consulting services to schools, businesses, houses of worship, and government agencies throughout the United States. Our mission is to improve the overall performance of each of our clients. In each context, the definition of performance is different, as we will explain in the paragraphs below.
The Professional Success Division is our division which provides consulting services to companies, non-profit organizations, and government agencies. In a business environment, our goal is to not only improve the profitability of a company, but also to improve the quality of products sold and the quality of services rendered to clients. We use a balanced scorecard approach in evaluating the success of a company. In other words, we measure four critical success factors; internal business processes, learning and innovation, customer focus, and financial performance. Our primary purpose in this environment is to make employees aware of their purpose in the company, their visions for their careers, their professional goals, their creative ideas, and the challenges they face on the job. We shall empower the employees to unlock the resources within themselves to create their own solutions to their daily challenges.
The Life Success Division is our division which provides personal consulting services to individuals, couples, and families using the various programs provided by Life Success Productions. We are also developing a special program for veterans that will arm them with the tools and tactics necessary for success on the battlefield of civilian life. This special veterans' program will be facilitated by fellow veterans. The Academic Success Corporation is our non-profit affiliate which provides consulting services to schools. In an academic environment, key performance indicators include standardized test scores, grade point averages, attendance rates, graduation rates, and the percentage of graduates attending college or university. Secondary indicators include incidences of misconduct and teen pregnancies, which we aim to significantly reduce. We believe that students cannot learn effectively in school unless they feel safe and free of distractions in school. Our primary purpose in this environment is to make the teachers aware of their purpose, vision, goals, ideas, and challenges. We shall empower the teachers to unlock the resources within themselves in order to create their own solutions to their challenges. Then, they will better able to communicate more effectively with their students, thereby improving attendance and standardized test scores. These academic improvements will also bring more state and federal funds to the affected school districts. The Universal Success Division is the division within the Academic Success Corporation which provides consulting services to houses of worship and their various ministries. Our primary purpose is to show how the “17 Principles of Success” by Napoleon Hill can be applied to every system of belief in the world. We must find new and creative ways for the shepherds to lead their flocks through the fields of life.
